Our Installation Process
- 1 Call us and tell us what’s going on with your water heater. Then we’ll see when our schedule and yours work together. If we know then that you need a new water heater, we will review different heaters with you and give you clear, transparent pricing on them. That way you can make an informed choice.
- 2We will call you to let you know that our technician is on his way to your home or business.
- 3Our technician removes the old water heater and begins the gas hot water heater installation with a new unit and all new gas supply lines, new expansion tank, new gas ball valve, and more.
- 4Our technician then collects payment right there for your convenience (you can also call our office to give payment over the phone if you prefer).
Water Heater Repairs
Sometimes, a gas water heater just needs to be repaired instead of replaced. When we schedule a call, we’ll ask you some questions about what’s going on. Our technician will check the water heater, and if he can repair it, he’ll let you know what the options are and give you pricing. Feel free to ask all the questions you want.
Please bear in mind that we will repair the water heater only if it is safe for you and for your loved ones. If we think it would be unsafe to continue using it, we will recommend a replacement.
